This is the extended agenda with my notes. You will notice that there is a lot of flex time and group led discussion. We actually are set to start at 9:30, so think of this as the Agenda Beta.
9-9:10 - getting settled, agenda for the day
9:10-9:30 - housekeeping from Chris
9:30-9:45 - Tagged Intros - Each person stands up and says their name, school, age they work with, and three one word tags that describe themselves
9:45-9:55 - Group creates a list of what they still feel they want to know (can be used to create some content for the day or can be used for other purposes, like what to add for future trainings)
9:55-10:30 - flex time to be used to discuss some of the things on the generated list, to answer questions, or to have a "the thing I learned that most surprised me was X" conversation
10:30-10:40 - break
10:40-10:50 - brainstorm list of roadblocks they face when using technology in their schools and libraries
10:50-12:00 - presentation on overcoming obstacles, will incorporate problems they have listed (hopefully, I will think of most of them before hand), and time for questions or discussion
12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00-2:00 - break into small groups, each person gets 20-25 minutes to talk about their proposal and have the group brainstorm on ways it can be improved or ways to overcome particular roadblocks in that situation
2:00 - 2:10 - break
2:10-3:00 - reporting to the group, each person explains in one sentence what their project is and then two good ideas generated from their group regarding their projects
3:00-3:40 - flexible time for things we did not finish this morning, we can have a moderated discussion, or we can address some of the "I still want to know X" items from this morning
3:40-4:00 - wrap-up
4:00 - finish
